After processing, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Rest assured, we work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details:

We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer's incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, Mochi Softies is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.
